May is mental health awareness month. In honor of this, we have partnered with Renewal Health and Fitness, a nonprofit gym who provides free youth services with a focus on creating community connections to support mental health through fitness, with a trauma-informed lens. All proceeds will be donated to purchase necessary equipment for this growing program that helps youth build their strength, healthy habits, and resiliency to life's stressors.
